Overview

The Corso Italia BIA has a diverse retail mix that can serve the day-to-day needs of residents living in the surrounding area.

This includes a variety of retail, restaurants and service-based businesses that include clothing stores, grocers, butcher shops, electronic stores, cafes and specialty stores. Local and independent businesses represent a majority of these businesses.

The BIA still requires some product and service offerings to fully meet the wide range of identified needs of residents in the trade area.

To identify these business opportunities, the Corso Italia BIA undertook an inventory of its existing business members and compared their product and service offerings to the household expenditure habits of residents.
