I gave this program a chance, but in the end I wasn’t treated well. Personal boundaries were not respect, they tried to force me to take medications despite I specifically said no and my reasons for it, and they got angry if I was recovering from a location outside theirs. All this despite access point, therapists, and other mental health workers said that personal boundaries / allowed to say no should be accepted and respected, and that they cannot force or pressure people to take medications. It’s a shame. Be very cautious so you don’t get exploited / mentally pressured. I just don’t know if it’s the whole organization, or the staff I had to deal with 😔

Constant changing of workers with extremely short notice or no notice, no consistency with care. I’ve had 3 workers since late November and don’t feel confident that I’ve accomplished anything with reconnect. Workers I had were very kind, but the turn around rate is crazy; unlike other community health services.

The intake people never ever answer the phone, return your message or even acknowledge your existence. My wife and I left 4 messages dating back to beginning of June and we haven’t heard from anyone. They get funding from the city and ignore the vulnerable seniors in the community. Very shameful!

My review is about their hiring process. They have a job posting on indeed that they have a hiring event, where they are giving people time slots for the virtual nterview and will be interviewing for 2 days. I applied through this ad and waited sitting in the queue for around fifteen minutes and then they texted me to join the meeting room. I sat there looking on my screen for another 40 mintues and then interviewer came without even turning her camera on she told me to check the chat where she said " due to high volume we are unable to take your interview today. We will contact you later if you are eligible." And she disconnected. So unprofessional and ediotic.
