New Look Unisex Hair Salon

I've been going to this salon for years to get my eyebrows waxed and have also had a few hair cuts as well. I live in the neighborhood and the quality is comparable to expensive salons, but offered without the frills and pretentiousness. Go here if you'd like a low-key, 'family neighborhood' atmosphere with quality service at a good price. The owner is a sweetheart and I've always found the staff to be friendly. I'm planning to try their manicures soon.

All the poor customer service reviews are true. I used to go to this salon for years now to get my nails & eyebrows down. I was especially upset because I called in advance to book an appointment to get my eyebrows & nails done, especially my eyebrows. I was unaware that they were unable to do eyebrows due to COVID (understandable, not upset by this either) but during the booking, I was not told anything about this & would have completely understood if I was informed. I found out after traveling to get there, taking out cash after seeing their sign & then getting there to be told that they could not fulfill my appointment because they can't do it due to the regulations. Apparently the person who booked me was unaware herself & was told right after that they can't see me but never thought to inform me. I understood not being able to do the eyebrows completely but I would have appreciated someone phoning me sooner before traveling half an hour in 40 degree weather. They were very unapologetic about it too & brushed it off. Terrible customer service & don't recommend going here.

I have been getting my manicure and pedicure done here for the longest time. Very friendly, excellent service, and the prices are fair.

I go here all the time to get waxing and my eyebrows done. I think they’re great 🙂
